Extra measures

The government has now designated waste services as a vital professional group for keeping society functional. We are therefore taking the necessary extra measures to ensure that our colleagues are able to continue to process wastes in good health.

We hope that we can count on your understanding.

- Soil: from 6.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
- Packaged waste: from 6.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
- Water and sludge: from 6.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.

The gateway entrance is open from 6.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Outside these hours, the weekend arrangements apply.

From 18 March 2020, the following changes will be made regarding public spaces at ATM:
- Only one person at a time may enter the gateway entrance and the reception desk areas. The next person will have to wait outside.
- Waiting rooms for drivers and the accompanying drinks facilities will be closed. We are installing extra toilet cabins.
- Where possible, drivers should remain in their cabs.

UPDATE: From October 19 a masking obligation applies when entering and moving through all our buildings.

As a recycling business, we feel closely connected to society. In these uncertain times, you can continue to rely on us. We hope that we will all emerge from this stronger together.
