Contaminated water treatment

In the ATM wastewater purification plant, we process a wide range of wastewater which has to be classified as hazardous waste because of its nature or composition.

This wastewater may be released, for example, when tanker ships, stationary tanks, sewers and installations are cleaned, but can also come from production processes in industry or refineries. Wastewater can also consist of extinguishing water collected after suppressing a fire.

How can you deliver contaminated water?

You can deliver waste water in tanker vehicles and vacuum trucks. Ships with a maximum draught of 7.5 metres can also dock at the ATM jetty.
