Optimizing our services has our continuous attention in order to keep meeting your waste needs.
To ensure our continuity, collection capacity and quality, our annual maintenance shutdown takes place. 
During this period, the service may not be as you are used to from us.
In this message, we would like to give you an update on the dates of our 2025 annual maintenance shutdown. 

The maintenance will take place from Monday 5 May 2025 to Thursday 29 May 2025 (week 19 to week 22) and will affect the following installations:

- Thermal Cleaning Plant (TRI)
- Pyrolysis plant
- Sludge Reception Treatment Plant (SOVI)
- Water Purification

During the maintenance shutdown, we will be able to take in limited waste materials. 
We have tried to clarify the impact on your waste materials below.

Packaged waste streams:

We cannot receive packaged waste streams during this entire maintenance shutdown period.
The latest date for delivering packaged waste is Friday, May 2, 2025 (week 18).

Bulk waste streams:

Approximately 2 weeks before the start of the maintenance shutdown, we will provide you with an update on the latest insights.

If everything goes according to plan, the above-mentioned restrictions on the intake of your bulk flows will no longer apply from Friday, May 23, 2025 (week 22)
